the staff looked friendly enough .
The lack of sufficient tea and coffee in the room was noticeable. Housekeeping did not replenish these items adequately. the towels felt rough, more like tea towels than bath towels. this affected the overall comfort.

My room, an innside room, suffered from poor sound insulation. External noise disrupted sleep. the bathroom lacked essential toiletries. I expected more from a hotel of this supposed caliber. finally, i found the breakfast selection somewhat limited. The quality did not justify the price.
